SeedOn Business Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and involved business development manager to take part in revolutionizing the conventional crowdfunding industry by working with cutting-edge technologies and by facing challenges through which you can highlight your innovative qualities and problem-solving skills.

The solution we are developing is addressed to the European and Middle Eastern market for redefining conventional crowdfunding protocols, thus giving way to a real-life use-case for blockchain technology, no longer limited only to the crypto space. SeedOn is the first solution of this kind worldwide.

The role consists in a position where the business development manager is the first point of contact with potential new clients or for discussions regarding future partnerships or when details about our product or the services offered are requested. This position involves taking over current relations, as well as the development of new opportunities and collaborations.

To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a persuasive personality, sales skills, and a desire to pursue and establish the terms of new business.

What we are looking for

  • The ability of professional development with minimal guidance, proactively.
  • The ability to become autonomous in a short period of time.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to use a computer for various tasks.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Participation in conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • Drafting of offers and proposals for clients.
  • Trains staff and helps team members develop their skills.

Nice to have

  • Passionate about the crypto space.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or a similar field.

Skills Required

  • Excelent communication skills
  • Excelent level of English and Romanian
  • Professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions is an advantage, but not a necessity
  • Good PC Knowledge - MS Office (Word, Gmail, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
