Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Greet visitors coming into our office and determine the nature of their visit.
Keep a journal of all the external persons that come into the office.
Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Provide answers to routine questions coming from internal or external sources like office address, working hours or contact methods
- Perform different administrative tasks like booking the conference meeting room, sorting correspondence, sending and receiving packages
- Ensuring the supply of materials for the good operation of the office (sanitary materials, protocol articles)
- Manage aspects like reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, recycling and inventory management for consumables
- Under direct supervision, support internal communication campaigns (check and translate materials from and into English)
Skills Required
- Excelent communication skills
- Very good level of English and Romanian
- Professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks simultaneously
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions is an advantage, but not a necessity
- Good PC Knowledge - MS Office (Word, Gmail, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
